Let us take care of the setting up and dismantling of your room setup. Below is four sample packages to give you some idea of cost etc. As each event and venue is unique, these packages can be mixed and matched to suit you. Room dressing colours available are Burgundies, Forest greens or Royal Purples.

Delivery & Collection charges

*All of our tableware and props are available to hire per piece so therefore there is no minimum order*

1.Collection/Delivery by yourselves is free and can normally take place up to 4 days before your event between 10am and 6pm. Goods to be returned within 4 days of your event, again between 10am and 6pm. There is no minimum order amount with this service.

2.Courier – Goods can be sent via our courier DHL. Goods are sent our up to 10 working days beforehand to ensure delivery on time. Costs are based on ‘per box’. Each box is £8.50 each way and generally we can get either 6 costumes, 40 plates, 80 bowls or 150 goblets in a box. If you want a definite quote on this service, email us with your ‘I want’ list and we'll work out the number of boxes. There is no minimum order amount with this service.

3. Costume Company delivery – We can deliver goods at 45 pence per mile. Minimum order value for this service is £200. If you require a firm quote on this service, please email over a delivery address for goods. As a guide use the 'AA' route finder, using the starting destination postcode as LL21 0AR. Please remember to calculate for collection as well as delivery.

4. Room Dressing Packages-Delivery is 45 pence per mile. If you require a firm quote on this service, please email over a delivery address for goods. Packages are subject to just a delivery charge, no collection charge applies as we're on site for the event.

Hire terms

1. Goods remain the property of Costume Company (UK) Ltd.
2. All tableware must be returned in the same condition they were hired i.e. washed and in the same containers they were delivered. Please enquire if you wish to send back goods unwashed and we can quote a cleaning charge.
3. All table linen and costumes must not be washed, pressed or ironed before their return. Please return dirty. Any wine/food/wax stains should also be left but please inform us so we can ensure those items are laundered on their immediate return.
3. Costume Company (UK) Ltd are not responsible losses or injury occurring from the use of our goods.
4. Costume Company (UK) Ltd are not responsible for any delay or non delivery caused by a third party courier/postal service and cannot be held responsible to any losses caused by such a delay/non delivery. Goods are sent out up to 10 working days before your event to allow for such circumstances. Goods are tracked by Costume Company (UK) Ltd. Please inform us on receipt of damages/shortages and please advise us after 3 working days if goods have not arrived.
5. Any losses/damages to hired goods will be charged at our current replacement charges.
