Here are our four most popular packages, then the option to mix and match, swap and change, combine themes. In fact, anything really. We'll listen to your dream event, take into account your budget and what's readily available at the venue that can be incorporated. Our set dressing team have Medieval running through their blood, so rest assured, any venue can be transformed from marquees and tipis, conference centres and villages halls, right though to castles and stately homes. Viking, Potter and Game of Thrones-an endless list of possibilities. Available throughout the UK from the Highlands to Hove, Northern Ireland and ROI.

Armourers Guild

The red & gold of House Lannister. Lion emblazoned coats of arms. This theme is all about events of the Royal court. Think rich brocades, velvets and dining with the highest echelon of society from the Medieval and Elizabethan age. Our most popular composition because, let face it, who doesn't want to drink fine wines and feast like a King.

Tree of Life

A noble choice. This is all about the natural colours of forests and woodlands. When Robin of Loxley roamed the lands. This heads down the Celtic & Gaelic lane surrounded by natures finest shades of greens and golds. Where dancing in the weirwood was part of the celebrations surrounded by earth, trees and light.

The Medieval Herbalist

A combination of all the greens and coppers mixed in with a dose of lavender, blackberries and hedgerow finds. A softer feel to the 'Tree of Life'. We're heading down the enchanted, sorcery avenue where we add in a second colour as a contrast to the neutral shades of green.. It's purples, violets and amethyst without an overly Gothic feel.

Dungeons & Dragons

Feed your fantasy on the darker and more mysterious side of Medieval. Building a scene of Gothic fortresses, haunted castles and beast of illusion. Blacks, silvers, gold, purples and deep red turn this theme into a rich tapestry of the twilight era of the Middle ages. Low lights, candles and mystery. An enigmatic colour hue that will leave your guests spellbound.

Maidens Choice

A lighter, brighter, rustic setup. A perfect combination of creams, hessians and pale golds. Where sheaves of wheat and harvest festival meets. Barrels, baskets and flagons of ale. For those looking for a lighter weight 'Medieval' event, where old meets new in the 21st century.

All Hallows

Celebrate the glory of the autumn equinox with this set of rules. Because Halloween isn't all about the 31st of October, blood and gore. Lets take you back to the 8th Century where it all began. A pagan festival of Samhain celebrating the end of summer. Combine our pumpkin embellishments with red, green or purple and Hogwarts comes to life. Broomstick tablecentres, lanterns and lots of autumnal leaves sets the scene. Stunning.

Midwinter Yuletide

Evergreen, holly, pine cones and mistletoe. Combine our red and green colours and give it a Yuletide twist. It's rich with golds and bronzes and screams the 12 days of Christmas. Add in our decorated trees - Medieval style of course! - with lots and lots of candles and lets celebrate one of the most iconic events in the annual diary with a middle ages mix. It's a traditional Christmas where tinsel and plastic tat filled crackers are banned!

Vikings Blood

Mixing our interpretation of traditional British Medieval with that of our Scandinavian neighbours we get to the 'Norse times' that came before our Medieval era. Carved Mermaids, sheepskins, horns of ales and shields of wood and hide. This is all about leathers, suede and running amock.

Spring Equinox

This is our 'Tree of life' combined with spring flowers and foliage. Where those of us based in the Great British Isles celebrate the turn of the clock with the promise of longer days. It's a new start after a long, dark, winter where we welcome the first shoots of daffodils and snowdops.

Game of Thrones

Are words needed for true thrones fans?? There is a lot more to this theme that just the Red Wedding, so much more!! Whether you base you theme on the blues, greys and silvers of Winterfell right through to the rich colours of Kings Landing, so many decisions to be made!! We have most House Sigils available in both banner and shield format, dragon bowls and not forgetting Daenerys trio of Eggs!

Winter Wonderland

Jesters Package - £495

The perfect option to enhance your event. This props only package is ideal on smaller events or in venues that already

lean themselves towards a Medieval theme.

Knights Package - £895

The Jesters package just bigger (and better!) This package includes clothing for all tables so we can really work in the colour and theme throughout the venue.

Lords Package - £1650

Things really start ramping up on this one. Goblets for wine, tankards for ale. Platters, bowls & plates. Feast from crockery of a bygone age. We setup, layup and theme everything to ensure you get the vision you want. Working alongside your venue and caterer, all tableware is selected to match your menu. Based on a 80 person setup.
